Lomnica (2634 metres above sea level) is the second highest peak in the Tatras after Gerlachovsky Peak. This hard-to-reach peak is accessed by a cable car destined for 14 passengers, which departs from Lomnicky Pond. During 50 minutes of stay on Lomnica you can enjoy spectacular views over surrounding valleys and peaks.

The tour is recommended for children over 4 years old.


Standard ticket:
for persons aged 18 and over who are not entitled to discounts. 
Discount ticket: children from 6 years old, school children, students up to 26 years old, seniors 65+, disabled.
FREE: children under 6 years of age.

TOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancellation of a tour is possible within the specified period:
1. tours taking place in Poland and Slovakia (except tours "Bratislava" and "Lomnický Peak") - cancellation is possible 24 hours before the tour starts at the latest (during office opening hours).
2. tours: "Bratislava", "Budapest", "Eger", "Vienna", "Tokaj and Boldogkő Castle", "Brno", "Lomnický Peak" - cancellation is possible 72 hours before the tour starts at the latest (during office opening hours).

In case of a timely cancellation, the refund will be reduced by the reservation fee (30 PLN/person).
No refund will be made if the cancellation is made in a shorter time than specified above.
In the event of cancellation of a tour by the Strama Office, a full refund will be given.

Purchase of the tour is considered acceptance of the above conditions.

TRIP Description

Skalnate Pleso and Lomicki Peak

Our trip provides you with the opportunity of travelling by 3 different Slovakian funiculars and ground cableways. First you take a cable car which goes from Tatranska Lomnica to Skalnate Pleso (1751 metres above sea level) where, on your own, you can depart for Lomnicky Peak (2634 metres above sea level).

Magistrala trail - Hrebieniok

Early afternoon you leave Skalnate Pleso and reach Hrebienok (1285 metres above sea level) by following the Magistrala trail and stopping along the way twice - in the mountain hostel called Zamkowa Chata to take a rest and second time down at the Obrovsky Waterfall (Great Waterfall). From Hrebienok to Stary Smokovec you will travel by ground cableway.

Please note: the lift operator stipulates that on certain days a higher price list will apply in the resort (successively: 33€ / 27€ / 24€). These days are not fixed in advance or communicated. The client is obliged to pay the Magistrala queues according to the prices applicable on the day of the tour.


In the event of a change in ticket prices, the client must pay the difference on the day of the tour.
