Standard ticket: for persons aged 18 and over who are not entitled to discounts.
Discount ticket: children from 6 years old, school children, students up to 26 years old, seniors 60+, disabled.
FREE: children under 6 years of age.
Regular Customer: The discount is available to those who have completed at least one tour purchased from the STRAMA Company. It does not apply to cancelled bookings. The discount is calculated based on the regular ticket price and is subject to verification by the office. In the event of unsuccessful verification and/or no response to email contact, the discount will be voided. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
Non-refundable offer: This offer allows you to purchase a tour at an attractive price and is voluntarily selected by the customer during the booking stage. In the event of cancellation, regardless of when it is made, the paid funds are completely non-refundable. This is a time-limited offer.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation of a tour is possible up to 72 hours before the start of the tour during office opening hours. (Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or phone between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Phone cancellations must also be confirmed in writing. The email should be titled: "Tour Cancellation + [Name of the tour] and [Date of the tour]").
In the event of a timely cancellation, the refund amount will be reduced by a reservation fee of 50 PLN per person.
An exception is the "Bratislava and Bojnice Castle" tour – the refund will be reduced by the reservation fee as well as the cost of the admission tickets to Bojnice Castle. According to the regulations of the Slovak National Museum, the tickets are non-refundable.
In the case of cancellations made later than the specified time frame, no refund will be issued.
The above cancellation and refund policies do not apply to Customers who purchased a tour under the "non-refundable offer" promotion.
If a tour is cancelled by the Strama Travel Agency, a full refund of the paid amount will be provided.
The purchase of a tour constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated above.

TRIP Description
Schönbrunn Palace
It is the former summer residence of the Empress Sisi. It is one of the most beautiful Baroque buildings in Europe. It enchants with a fascinating park landscape, the Palm House, the Gloriette and a zoo.
Historic monuments in the city centre
While walking with a tourist guide you will not only learn about the history of Vienna, but also see form the outside some of the most beautiful monuments of the City, among others, the Stephen’s Cathedral, the Vienna State Opera, the Parliament as well as the imperial palace of the Austrian rulers – the Hofburg. In addition, you will visit less known, but rich in monuments of sacred architecture - Greek Quarter. You can go to the viewpoint (in the Saint Stephen’s Cathedral), where there is a magnificent view over Vienna.
Belvedere and Hundertwasser’s House
Belvedere - the baroque palace of Prince Eugene of Savoy, located on a hill, in a beautiful environment, from which there is a wide view of the garden composition. We will admire two parts of the Palace - Lower Belvedere and Upper Belvedere.
Hudertwasser's House It is an unusual several-storey tenement house which stands out against the other buildings due to its colours, shapes and lack of straight lines or any symmetry. It belongs to one of the most famous architectural works of art by Friedensreich Hundertwasser.
